In part 4 I was right in the meat of the US from Missouri to Colorado staying with more Bunkabiker's David in Branson, Emmily in Manhattan and Wayne in Silt with a couple days stop with cousin Mahaley, who I had never met, in Colorado Springs. Great weather aside from the wind in Kansas, really great people and excellent riding. Also, a quick thanks to Mahaley's neighbour Eric who give me a hand driving me to a change my rear tire out.
Day 26 (500km) Branson. Had no idea what to expect...Great ride crossing the Mississippi River, avoiding rain and getting in to the Ozarks. David of bunkabiker with a nice Goldwing, side car for Zeus and a amazing beachfront place. I thought the place would be in the sticks, but it was like a midwest Vegas /Kelowna type place.
Highway 105 to 51 C5/6R5/6T2V6 then 51 to 412 C2/3R7T2V6. Hwy 412 through Arkansas including Missouri C2-4R7/8T2V5-7 over the Mississippi. More 412, Black Rock /Imboden to Hardy C4/5R6/7T4/3V6. People were super friendly, but lack signaling. Ashflat to Mountain Home C4R6/7T4V6/7 then to Harrison C3R6T4V6. And finally Hwy 65 to Branson C2/3R7T2/3V7

Late afternoon I arrived to Emmily's of bunkabiker with a cozy place, cute dog and a couple Harleys. Headed in to Manhattan to Aggieville Brew and BBQ and luckily caught a great young band named "Sapio Bottom". Tasty food and drinks in Kansas State University town.

Day 29-30 (800km) Colorado Springs. Windy and hot like the Wizard of Oz as I shot across Kansas on I-70 for the first 400kms. Dropped in to side highways for the rest of the day which were good even though a little rough. Stayed with my cousin Mahaley who I had never met, the daughter of Kara, and here two dogs Mavis and Pepper. Thanks for the tour of the town including Garden of the Gods and for all the wonderful home cooked meals. And thanks to Eric for helping get my rear tire changed on short notice.
I-70 for 400km to Hwy 40 C1/2R7T2V6. Hwy 40 to State line C2R6/7T2V6/7 then up to Hwy 94 C2R6T2V6/7. Finally hwy 94 in to Colorado Springs, luckily I didn't forget to gas up before this 120 km no gas C1-3R4-6T1V6/7.
Side Story: Mavis a dog of health issues, but so cute and has love in her eyes was coming up the outdoor stairs smiling at me when she missed the 2nd step from the top and rolled all the way down to the bottom...I freaked and ran to the stairs to see her getting up and shaking the 12 step roll/fall off. It was one of the funniest yet oddest things I have ever seen an animal do.

Some traffic slowdowns on the beginning and end of the day, especially around Aspen which I had expected to be much different and more rural. Thanks so much to Wayne another bunkabiker that set me up in his sweet RV with a view in Silt. Beautiful bikes and guns, America, F yeah!
Hwy 24 trafficked up due to some event then on to Wilkerson Pass C4R5T5V7/8. Wilkerson to Buena Vista C4R7T4V8/9. Then CO-82 C5R5/6T3V8/9 to Independence Pass and the Continental Divide. CO-82 to Aspen C5R6T3V8. And Finally on to I-70 to Silt C3R6/7T6V6.
