My last days in Playa del Carmen after 6 years that I had been coming to what was once a beach town paradise now 400,000 people and an ever decaying vibe of even the short time I had been there. Issues with police, beach officials, rising prices and generally too many people have made Playa a place to be remembered in my rearview mirror. Thanks and Thanks. Also in the month we try to blow up a battery, premiered my short film InstaNation and obtained Mexican Permanent Residency.
A month off from the beach due to the Tattoo, but luckily managed to squeeze a few Vball games in and check out the mounds of seaweed everywhere, including in the water before I left.

Finally InstaNation was completed and ready to show the crew which was set up by Mandeep at his Radio Tulum Hotel where we filmed this short movie. Six weeks of learning how to edit, no soundtrack and it seems people liked it... After the showing I submitted to three festivals; CIFF, Tampa, and Rome Georgia (the later two as I plan to be down that way in November when the festivals are on).

Finally got a lower back MRI for like $200 which is about $1000 in Canada or through my doctor in Canada it takes a year and its free, but she wouldn't sign me up for one.
Results; L3 to L4 bulging disc, L4 to L5 protruding disc, L5 to S1 bulging disc.
